It sounds like some harmonics with a tremolo effect, not unlike Me Vs Me. 1. Verse chord progression. Pre-chorus riff. A phaser effect comes in on the 5x7 octave. One is the powerchord progression, the other is an octave thing. I can only hear the Powerchord part, which is what is below.
