Ride by Nick Drake guitar tab
If the tab you have selected is a downloadable one (mostly these are Nick Drake Guitar Pro tabs), you need to insert so called "captcha" code and click "download" button. In case the code is correct you will be redirected to download page where your Ride gp4 file will be prepared. If you have entered wrong "captcha" code, you will be asked to insert it once again to get your Ride guitar tab.
If you browse all Nick Drake tabs or open the list of tabs and chords for Ride, you can see there are not only Guitar Pro tabs. Guitar tabs and chords, piano & power tabs, drum tabs, bass tabs - they all can be not only in Guitar Pro file format, but also in txt. In this case no special program is needed to read the tab. All you need to do it to open such Ride tab and you will see it displayed. If you wish, you can download our free tabs in txt.

I've tabbed out the main picking patterns; there are a few variations, some off them I've put in brackets, and if you can't work out the others from the record, they're probably not important. The hardest part is the timing, which I hope I've got fairly accurate, but I couldn't work out the time-signature; I think it changes every now and then, so you'll have to play along to the record to get you started. The tuning is CGCFCE, without a capo. Maybe those were the original words which got changed when he recorded the song in the studio, or more likely, it's another misprint by Hannibal Records (the booklet is full of them...).
