Lost In Germany by King S X guitar tab (text):# Date: Sun, 21 Dec 1997 22:36:06 -0600 From: A Dude Subject: Re: TAB: Lost in Germany by King's X "Lost in Germany" by King's X From the Album: King's X Written by: D. Pinnick, T. Tabor, J. Gaskill, and S. Taylor Tab by: John Myers Note: 1) The E string is tuned down to D 2) This song has many portions that are "muffled" (or "heavily damped") as well as pull-offs, hammer-ons, & slides. I have not tried to included all of those things here. If I did, I would probably only get it wrong. Use your best judgement... 3) I have tried to show timing under each tab. If you know the song, you probably won't need it, but I included it anyway for the "timing" nit-pickers (of which I am a charter member) 4) If you use the tab, find it helpful, find something wrong, etc, send an email to: myers@airmail.net Feedback is appreciated. Lyrics: Verse: Moving in a bus too close for comfort Listening to all the gibberish around me wonder! How much longer can I stand it Looking for a phone I cannot find PreChorus: Ohh woe is me Like a politician in disguise You know I had to look you in the eyes and smile While I crawled another mile in Chorus: Germany, lost in Germany Verse: Swimming in an ocean of your feelings Counting every moment go one by one Laughing to keep from crying out in anger Praying that i can make it through this night PreChorus: Ohh woe is me It was like a never ending week But I learned to turn the other cheek and smile While I ran for one more mile in Chorus: Germany, lost in Germany Germany, lost in Germany Verse: Shooting at a target that eludes me Hammering on a nail that just won't go in Biting on a tongue that wants to speak out Searching for a light that I can shine PreChorus: Ohh woe is me But now I have crossed that borderline and I wonder if I'll ever find your hand `Cause I did not understand in Chorus: Germany, lost in Germany Germany, lost in Germany Well... that's it. I know that I haven't included all the pull-offs, slides, hammer-ons, etc, but I think that the notes and timings are all fairly accurate. Enjoy, Good Luck, & remember...
