Fracture by King Crimson guitar tab
If the tab you have selected is a downloadable one (mostly these are King Crimson Guitar Pro tabs), you need to insert so called "captcha" code and click "download" button. In case the code is correct you will be redirected to download page where your Fracture gp4 file will be prepared. If you have entered wrong "captcha" code, you will be asked to insert it once again to get your Fracture guitar tab.
If you browse all King Crimson tabs or open the list of tabs and chords for Fracture, you can see there are not only Guitar Pro tabs. Guitar tabs and chords, piano & power tabs, drum tabs, bass tabs - they all can be not only in Guitar Pro file format, but also in txt. In this case no special program is needed to read the tab. All you need to do it to open such Fracture tab and you will see it displayed. If you wish, you can download our free tabs in txt.

This file contains the transcribtion of the background guitar part in the middle
of King Crimson´s masterpiece "Fracture" which you can find at the Album "Star-
less and bible black". This guitar part is very hard to listen out because of
it´s incredible speed and it´s comparable low volume.
Robert Fripp plays this part with an electric guitar and without any effects.
I´ve transcribe this part for a normal guitar tuning (EADGHE) but I think Fripp
used his "own" special tuning (fifth tuning). The basic scale is the HTGT-Scale.
Perhabs I will complete this version with the full guitar tab notation (and all
variations) in a few years...
I´ve transcribed it as an 16/8 bar and all notes have the same length (1/16).
The speed is very high (listen to the original record) !!

Fripp plays this scheme in different pitches starting with the part which I de-
scribed above.
For orientation I call this part by the first tone: g (marked with a ´x´).
He plays that part 2 times before moving to the next part.
Next I give you other positions in which he plays this part. The given tone re-
presents the first tone of the new position (comparable with the marked note ab-
ove).
