Drive South by John Hiatt guitar tab
If the tab you have selected is a downloadable one (mostly these are John Hiatt Guitar Pro tabs), you need to insert so called "captcha" code and click "download" button. In case the code is correct you will be redirected to download page where your Drive South gp4 file will be prepared. If you have entered wrong "captcha" code, you will be asked to insert it once again to get your Drive South guitar tab.
If you browse all John Hiatt tabs or open the list of tabs and chords for Drive South, you can see there are not only Guitar Pro tabs. Like the song itself, it's very banjo-like, facilitated by the altered tuning. A melody line is played and intermingled with lots of droning notes above it. I have notated the melody line, but not the flurry of open E and B strings above it. I'm not too sure if I'm explained this very well, but listen to the album and you should find it pretty straightforward- just a matter of constantly bashing away at the E and B strings throughout: if it doesn't come naturally, I doubt if a full tab would do any good.
