Last Time by Fuel guitar tab
If the tab you have selected is a downloadable one (mostly these are Fuel Guitar Pro tabs), you need to insert so called "captcha" code and click "download" button. In case the code is correct you will be redirected to download page where your Last Time gp4 file will be prepared. If you have entered wrong "captcha" code, you will be asked to insert it once again to get your Last Time guitar tab.

After the second chorus, there's a part where he's singing something like "blah blah blah you know I know you know..." and the strums are muted. These are the open bottom 3 bass strings palm muted. To get a better sound, try to get the right side of your hand as close to the bridge as possible. At the last chorus, when he says "Now", the riff switches to this without going to the riff above and he sings the chorus again to this (yeah, confusing right? listen to the song and you'll hear it at the end).
