======================================

Well folks, here it is, the highly antisipated TAB from Wide Mouth Mason new album, Rained Out Parade.

I worked this TAB out over about 2 hours trying to get all the little things in there.

I took reference for this TAB from the live show in Toronto, Ontario on Canada Day.

Let it be known, shawn tends to change his look and feel of all his solos at every concert.

Call it his artistic license kicking in. Anyway, this is perfect from what I was listening to.

Check it out, Play it over and over, and love it

TUNING: Eb

Eb |--0----------------------|

Bb |--3--------7--3--0--6----|

Gb |--2--------7--4--1--7----|

Db |--0--------7--5--2--8----|

Ab |-----------5--5--2--8----|

Eb |--------------3--0--6----|

      D (open) D  G  E  Bb

INTRO

======================================

D | G  | E | G | G | Bb

VERSE

======================================

D | E | B | A

(Palm Muted)

(This is a little tricky, It sounds like he is doing his

little "shawn finger work" more than just these chords, but this

will hit the spot no doubt.

If you don't agree with the sound of this, try doing the B then,

replace your root B with the A on the Low E.

CHORUS

======================================

D | G | E | D | G | E | D | G | E | G | Bb

BRIDGE

======================================

I hear alot more to this then just

these chords, but this is a start

Bb | G | Bb | G

SOLO (Slide Guitar)

======================================

*note when playing this solo, these are just the basic roots of what he is playing, and he tends to

slide up and down 1/2 step quite freely on some of the roots. Experiment with it.

/ = slide up

\ = slide down

/// = vibrato

LYRICS

======================================

I never wake up 'til my shadow's longer than I am anymore

My cheeks are hollow as I feel

You're really gonna hate this

I still can dial your number in the dark

But whenever I pull

I'm pushing us further apart

I keep my fragments of you in a closet bottom bag

And I take them out and stitch them up

Caught in the open in the rained out parade of you

You're really gonna hate this

I still can dial your number in the dark

But whenever I pull

I'm pushing us further apart

You're really gonna hate this

Pieces of you swimming in my brain

Drenched to the bone
